I would recommend using SoYouStart for dedicated servers. They support Proxmox and allow you to purchase additional IP’s unlike Kimsufi. Another advantage is the very affordable pricing.

Could you not use SoYouStart/OVH server to run regular VPS’s? They do offer ECC RAM, SSD drives and server-grade CPU’s on some servers.

Well, I had a hardware in mind. For reselling and personal use hardware requirements are different.

A lot of servers working fine for Proxmox what configuration and budget in your mind as for IPs if you can justify it I do not see any problem with it.
